Flying Club Aircraft Management: Fleet Pages, Inspections and Online Booking

Good flying club aircraft management starts with members being able to see the fleet. Your aircraft are the heart of your club. They're what members train in, build hours in, and take on the $100 hamburger run. So the place where members look at them, and where admins keep them up to date, should do them justice.
We've rebuilt everything to do with aircraft in PilotSchedule: the pages your members browse, and the tools you use to manage your fleet. Here's what's new.
For members: see the fleet at a glance
A fleet page that tells the story. Every aircraft has its own card with a large photo, the tail number, the rate (wet or dry), IFR or VFR, and one clear status. Members can see right away whether an aircraft is available today, already booked, or in maintenance, without opening the schedule.
A proper page for every aircraft. Each aircraft now has a page worth sharing. Members can swipe through a photo gallery or open it full screen, and see a spec summary at a glance: make, model, year, seats, horsepower, fuel capacity and IFR. Below that are the full avionics list, your own description, and any documents you've chosen to share, such as the POH or a checklist. A single Reserve button sits right there. On a phone it stays at the bottom of the screen, so booking is always one tap away.
Booking ahead when an aircraft is down. When an aircraft is out of service, members aren't left guessing. The page says so, and the Reserve button offers the first day it's back, for example "Reserve from 1 November". One tap opens the schedule on that day, so members can plan their next flight instead of checking back.

Aircraft management for club admins: less typing, more control
Room for the details. Make, model and year, wet or dry rate, seats, horsepower, IFR capability and fuel capacity each have their own field now, so you no longer have to squeeze them into the description. Avionics are entered one item at a time, and editing an aircraft is split into simple tabs.
Inspections with dates. Track as many dated inspections per aircraft as you need: the annual, the 100-hour, or anything else you keep an eye on. Admins see a reminder on the aircraft when one is coming due. Members don't see it.
Photos and documents made easy. Drag in several photos or files at once and watch each one upload. Pick the cover photo with a click, or drag photos into the order you want. Store POHs, checklists, and Word and Excel files up to 10 MB, and choose for each file whether members can open it or only admins.
Your fleet, in your order. Drag aircraft into the order you want members to see them, and show or hide an aircraft with one switch. Each aircraft's cover photo now appears in the admin list too, so you can find the right one at a glance.
On every screen
All of it works on a phone, a tablet and a desktop. Members can check an aircraft's status from the ramp, and admins can add a photo straight from their phone.
