What counts as a schedulable resource?
Aircraft, instructors, simulators, classrooms, briefing rooms, examiners, and other custom items that appear on the schedule each count as one schedulable resource.
“Unlimited” means no preset quota for normal, good-faith use by your organization. Automated, abusive, resold, or unusually excessive use that materially affects the service may be restricted under the PilotSchedule Terms & Conditions.

How pricing works

Start with the plan that fits today. Move to another plan whenever your operation changes.
Count your resources
Add the aircraft, instructors, simulators, rooms, and other resources your members need to reserve.
Count your clubs
Solo and Basic include one club. Pro and Elite support organizations that need multiple separate clubs.
Keep every feature
Your scheduling, administration, communication, document, and history tools remain included at every level.
Pricing questions
What counts as a schedulable resource?
Any aircraft, instructor, simulator, classroom, briefing room, examiner, or custom item that appears on the schedule counts as one resource.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Every plan has no preset quota for pilots, members, or reservations during normal organizational use. Automated, abusive, resold, or unusually excessive use that materially affects the service is subject to reasonable-use safeguards in our Terms & Conditions.
Are all PilotSchedule features included?
Yes. All plans include scheduling, reservation rules, member management, documents, reservation history, news, alerts, mass email, and mobile-friendly access.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a different plan as the number of resources or clubs in your organization changes.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing reduces the effective monthly price by 20%. The full annual amount is billed once per year.
Can members use one account for multiple clubs?
Yes. Members can access multiple PilotSchedule clubs with one account, while each club's schedules, roles, profiles, documents, and settings remain separate.
